Carol Norman

Carol Norman is a veteran in the real estate world. Having being originally licensed in 1973, she started in new home sales in the Fayette County, GA area with Trammell Real Estate Company. She then earned her Broker’s license and acted as the Managing Broker for Trammell’s Riverdale office for several years. At the same time, she was also the Broker of her own company in Jonesboro, GA.

Carol bought her first property at the Lake Oconee area in 1984 and moved here full-time in 1985. She was only one of two agents to receive the prestigious Million Dollar Club award in 1992. She then joined Coldwell Banker Lake Oconee Realty and received the “Realtor of the Decade” award and has been the only agent to have that honor thus far. Sycamore Oconee Real Estate was honored to have her join their team in the summer of 2007.

Carol is a proud wife, mother of 6, grandmother of 17 and great grandmother of 2. She also holds a Broker’s license in the state of West Virginia and an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) designation.

Stephanie Kilpatrick

Stephanie Kilpatrick has been in the Lake Oconee area for 15 years. In those 15 years she has owned and operated a business with her husband, Norm. They have made the Lake Country their home for that time and are knowledgeable about the area & what it has to offer. They have dabbled in Real Estate investing and Stephanie got the bug to become fully active in the Real Estate Industry a few years ago.

She comes from a family of Real Estate Professionals. Her Mother, Carol Norman, is her partner in THE MOTHER-DAUGHTER TEAM. Being in sales is a way of life, just as being part of the Real Estate Community.

Stephanie began adulthood in the Property Management Business. She traveled to develop marketing and manage the Leasing of new communities in different states throughout the US. Late in her 20's she had an opportunity to enter the corrugated industry as a corporate account representative. She later went on to open her open Packaging Business, which under the management of her husband, is still thriving today.

She has been in the Top Producer Club since she entered the Real Estate Profession. She is a certified New Home Specialist and is working on achieving her designation as an Accredited Buyer's Representative. Her commitment to fully servicing both her buyers and sellers is something that she and her partner take very seriously. It's a commitment that allowed her mother-partner to maintain a successful Real Estate career since the early 1970's. This experience is what carries The Mother-Daughter Team to be continuously productive in today's market.
